Registration Cut-off Dates, Discounts and Cancellation/Refund/Substitution Policies

Registration Cut-off Dates: The registration cut-off date for a public seminar is 22 calendar days prior to the first day of the seminar. The registration cut-off date for a webinar is two business days prior to the date of the webinar. Please register early.

Government Employee Registration Fee Discounts:
For seminars only, a federal, state or local government employee may take a registration fee discount of 10%. This discount is not available for “Kaizen Event Training”, although one may call 845-265-0123 for a negotiated discount for government employees.

Group Registration Fee Discounts:
For seminars only, two or more registrants from the same non-governmental enterprise, at the same physical facility, each may take a registration fee discount of 10%. This discount is not available for “Kaizen Event Training”, although one may call 845-265-0123 for a negotiated discount for groups.

Cancellation Policy:
A seminar registration fee will be fully refunded, less any PayPal fee, if the cancellation is received 22 days in advance of the start date. A seminar registration fee will be 50% refunded, less any PayPal fee, if the cancellation is received less than 22 days but more than seven days in advance of the start date.

A webinar registration fee will be fully refunded, less any PayPal fee, if the cancellation is received two or more business days in advance of the start date.

Refund Policy:
Any registration fee will be fully refunded if requested within 24 hours of the registration.

Other than for the refund of the seminar registration fee, BW (Ben) Marguglio, LLC shall not be liable for the inability to present a seminar, when such inability is attributable to labor troubles, disputes or strikes, accidents, government (federal, state or local) regulations of or restrictions upon travel or transportation, riots, national emergencies, acts of God and other causes whether enumerated herein or not which are beyond the reasonable control of BW (Ben) Marguglio, LLC.

Substitution Policy:
A substitute may attend the seminar or webinar in lieu of the registrant.
