· Terminology and symbols used in value stream maps; · Understanding flow and cycle times; · Drawing current state maps; · Analyzing the current state maps; · Identifying process improvement opportunities; · Drawing future state maps · The seminar will include hands-on exercises to create current and future state maps for a simulated process. This will allow participants to determine flow and cycle time and to identify improvement changes. |
